1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using Model Horse Vault ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Model Horse Vault is operated by Jeanette Wheeler ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Indiana, United States.

2. Description of Service

Model Horse Vault is a collection management app designed for model horse collectors. It allows users to track, organize, value, and manage their model horse collections, including models from brands such as Breyer, Peter Stone, Copperfox, and others.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Model Horse Vault. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has consented to your use of the App.

4. Account Registration

To use Model Horse Vault, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Upload content you do not have the right to share
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
Reverse-engineer or tamper with the App
Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, collection data, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it within the App solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and App code are the property of Model Horse Vault / Jeanette Wheeler. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

Brand names (Breyer, Peter Stone, Copperfox, etc.) belong to their respective owners. Model Horse Vault is not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of valuations, or fitness for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Model Horse Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
