You can track your entire collection, record purchase prices and current values, organize by brand, scale, color, and condition, manage a wishlist, track show results, browse the Model Catalog, and view analytics about your collection — all in one place.

What brands does Model Horse Vault support?

Model Horse Vault supports Breyer, Peter Stone, Copperfox, Resin, and Other brands. More brands can be tracked using the "Other" category.

Is Model Horse Vault available on mobile?

Yes! Model Horse Vault works great on any mobile device — iPhone, Android, or tablet — through your web browser. Simply visit model-horse-vault.com on your device. There is no app store download required.

How does Duplicate Detection work?

The Duplicate Detection tool (accessible from the toolbar menu) scans your collection for models with matching names or model numbers and flags potential duplicates so you can review them. It is part of Collector Pro.

What is included in the free plan?

The free plan lets you add up to 15 models, use the wishlist, browse the Model Catalog, track shows, and access BreyerFest features. It's a great way to try out the app.

What do I get with Pro?

Pro gives you unlimited models, Bulk Edit, all export formats (PDF catalog, insurance report, for-sale CSV, collection report), eBay sold price lookup, and priority support. Pro is available monthly ($7.99/month) or annually ($59.99/year).

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Go to Subscription / Billing and tap "Manage Billing." This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can update payment info, switch plans, or cancel your subscription.

Is my collection private?

Yes. Your collection, wishlist, show records, and all personal data are completely private. Only you can see your own data — other users cannot view or access your collection.
